Is SunCom available in dickenson, scott or wise counties?
You dont want SunCom in those areas. I've seen it in practice (by visitors to the area) and the service is extremely limited.
Their website says Norton/Pound/Wise/Clintwood/BSG is out of their coverage area.
"SunCom provides national and regional plans to customers in the following areas:
South Carolina
North Carolina
Georgia
Tennessee
Puerto Rico"
You'll shoot your eye out.

Scott Co. gets Suncom. 24244, 24251, 24250, 24258, 24270, 24290, 24271 are zips on my "sell to" list.
Suncom is now better than it has been in the past.
They've always had good prices.
They are now on the GSM network. Suncom now has partnerships with Cingular, T-Mobile and AT&T. So if you pick up one of those towers, you might as well be on Suncom's tower.
